I joined the Navy in 1946.  Below are pictures of my solo flight 1948 and my retirement 1976.

I flew combat missions in the Korean War while assigned to Patrol Squadron Six, 1950-53.

I earned the Distinguished Flying Cross and 5 Air Medals. I flew with Patrol Squadron 22 during 1956-57.

I am now living my life enjoying my family and my buddy dog Bensen at age 87.

I loved every minute of my adventure".
